Pretty good service considering they are the only game in town that lets you book online. Website for reservations could use a little work, but they called to confirm my reservation and they were happy to modify the reservation due to my initial confusion when booking online. The staff there will give you some general guidelines and advice about the town and provide maps. Keep in mind that you should bring along existing car insurance information. They'll ask for this when you come to pick up. (I think they charge an additional fee for additional insurance if you don't have your own regular car insurance.)
